Gish Music Group is an independent management and creative company working with artists, songwriters, producers and selected music and entertainment projects.
We provide personal management, strategic guidance and hands-on support across career development, repertoire, positioning, branding, representation, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
Our role is tailored to each collaboration. Depending on what is required, we can operate as long-term manager, strategic adviser, representative, creative producer or project lead.
Alongside management, we develop selected standalone projects for artists, companies, entertainment brands and creative partners. These can include original music, branded productions, campaigns, live concepts, media projects and custom creative assignments.
Founded by Maarten Gish and built on professional experience in music since 2009, Gish Music Group combines close personal guidance with an international network across artists, writers, producers, labels, publishers, agencies and commercial partners.

The Music Hub
Together with producer and songwriter Rowan Smeets, Maarten co-founded The Music Hub.
We connect management, publishing, label services, creative development, music pitching and placing, distribution, rights administration, royalties and long-term catalogue strategy within one independent music company.
We work with artists, songwriters and producers from the first creative direction through songwriting, production, release, placement, administration and long-term exploitation.
Music pitching and placing are a central part of this model. We actively introduce songs, toplines, productions and creators to suitable artists, producers, managers, publishers, labels, A&R teams, brands and commercial projects in the Netherlands and internationally.
Alongside our own releases, we develop and operate dedicated label imprints for artists, genres, communities, companies and partners. Each imprint can have its own identity and repertoire focus, while using the same professional foundation for release strategy, rights, metadata, distribution, royalties and catalogue management.
The Music Hub connects creation, ownership, releases, opportunities and income rather than treating them as separate services.
Our focus is to help strong music reach the right people, while building clear rights, sustainable careers and valuable catalogues around it.
